Discovery Institute seeks to employ professionals who believe in the process of recovery. Our staff goes that extra mile on each and every client’s behalf, working together as a team. At Discovery, what matters most is not only a person’s title or credentials, but also the wisdom, honesty, and ability to communicate and work together as a team. Decisions regarding treatment approaches for any client are arrived through a multi-disciplinary staff conferral and consensus.
