About Noel Rapp

My name is Noel and I am one of the Primary Counselors at Discovery Institute for Addictive Disorders. I am currently receiving my Masters degree in Social Work from Ramapo College. I am in the process of pursuing my LCSW as well as my LCADC. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a track in Criminology from Coastal Carolina University. I began my career with Discovery as a Behavioral Health Technician and was just recently promoted to Primary Counselor for STS, ACT, and Detox. During my undergrad, I worked with our campus Police Department, S.C Probation Parole & Pardon Services, and the Myrtle Beach Rape Crisis Center. My clinical interests pertain to recovery and addiction, corrections, crisis intervention, co-occurring mental health disorders, and trauma. My approach is client-centered and I am extremely passionate about helping my clients to the best of my ability and providing them with all the necessary support they need to be successful in life.

Dr. Jeffrey Berman is a psychiatrist in Teaneck, New Jersey and is affiliated with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He also speaks multiple languages, including French and Hebrew.
